Excellent check-in with super helpful staff, spacious room with a jaw-dropping view of the pool from the balcony, good on-site car park, refreshing pool with comfy sun loungers and brollies, very welcoming and helpful receptionist, great price-performance.

The reception on arrival was excellent, and any questions we had were rapidly and helpfully answered. Overall the attentive service was the best feature, but given the price we paid I found the room very well fitted out, clean and comfortable, which is more than I can say for some major chains. I'll try Logis hotels again

Gorgeous place, VERY VERY GOOD breakfast, perfect rooms. Breakfast with cheeses and ham jams, as for instance. Comfortable position to the lakeside, in the downtown area. Very efficient service throughout the hotel. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A very lovely way to end my weekend.

I stayed here before, always airy and beautiful rooms with balconies. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was cheap...

i liked the design of each room, there were more than enough spaces for customers to have some activities. Also, it was a very clean hotel, if i got another chance i'd visit there again.

The automatic door underground almost crushed on one of our friend, maybe should extend the time or some alert showing before closeing the garage gate.

The venue is spacious and clean with a great value and courteous staff. Location right by the town centre, Thonon-les-Bains, a city next to the better known Evian, where the famous water comes from, and a park, a lake, a chateau.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. We had asked for a room on a low floor because our dog will not go in a lift and we were provided a ground floor room with patio doors onto the garden - perfect! The restaurant was very reasonable and the food was excellent. Would recommend it to friends and family.

The owner and staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and the hotel was excellent value for money. The food in the restaurant was also very good, as was the breakfast in the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel just outside the center of Thonon-les-Bains and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. the prices were incredibly affordable, especially for a family room. We had plenty of space with a mezzanine floor and a balcony with a view of the garden and pool - it was like having our own little apartment. The room was also equipped with a kitchenette, which was perfect for us as a family. Another aspect that stood out was the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the manager who made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the room was also exceptional, everything was spotless! Finally, the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk or drive to the center of town.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

Fairly clean place with lovely staff and absolutely gorgeous view over the garden. Good pool, parking on site. Everything great. Fantastic stay, as always.
